A Fun Filled Same Sex Wedding At The Asylum Chapel
I have been an Asylum Chapel Wedding photographer for what seems like my entire wedding photography career. My style and this awesome wedding venue just clicked from that first wedding back in 2014 and even though its my most shot venue I could never tire of its crumbling elegance…EVER! Its easily Londons most alternative wedding venue so its suits my more alternative wedding photography style like a glove. And every couple I have ever shot there are always such a perfect match for my approach. The light and the textures ensure it always photographs differently and its capturing these subtle changes that keep me wanting to come back for more!!
A beautiful day filled with beautiful people! Thankyou J+L for letting me tag along for the ride……so much love for you both!!! Here are fifty-ish of my favourite wedding photographs from the day

The Wedding Day
Jess and Lucy are fun loving, infectious and SO TOTALLY IN LOVE that any time spent in their presence is truly life affirming……so to get to share their wedding day and be trusted as their wedding photographer was a true honour! Glitter balls, glitter faces, sunshine, sequins, smiles……so many smiles. Drunk pigeons, tears, happiness, emotion and so so much love, laughter and ENERGY.
We began at Clapton Country Club where both the girls got ready in the awesome and quirky bedrooms which adjoin the venue. Lucy heading to the ceremony to greet the guests ahead of Jess who walked down the aisle with her super proud Dad. I love capturing bridal entrances at The Asylum, such a dramatic and atmospheric way to start any wedding ceremony.
Once the official bits were done and everybody enjoyed a drinks reception at The Asylum we all boarded buses and headed back to Clapton Country Club for the party!
How amazing was that?
