A DESTINATION WEDDING?..IN SUSSEX!

As a lover of variety and a chance to experience and capture EVERY type of Wedding, it was nice to escape the City and head into the beautiful English countryside for the first time in 2025 (I love London but I relished a break from the chaos)

I met Jess and Drew in a railway arch during the Un Wedding Show close to their East London Home. But Jess is a country girl at heart and her family farm was always going to play host to her dream wedding.

So East London decamped to a hilltop overlooking the beautiful Bodiam Castle and were joined J+D’s families, Tandy the Dog and Jess’s Horse for a scorching day of celebration and local “Champagne”

Sneaking down to a deserted Castle through the vines and walking the moat in the late day light was a glorious end to a perfect day. And a nice recharge before a beautiful sunset and packed Boogie Barn to dance the night away in.

Thanks for letting me escape London with you J+D!
