A Summer Festival Wedding in Hampshire

I’m a wedding photographer who loves all weddings: City Weddings, Country Weddings, Winter Weddings, Destination Weddings…you name it I have shot them all BUT I always love a good old British Summertime Tipi Wedding with a festival vibe and thats what Dani + Luke delivered with aplomb!!!

Blue Skies (typically following a morning of biblical rain), Lawn Games, Space Hoppers, Camping, Welly Wanging…the lot. So much joy, love and energy to capture… LOVE IT!

The Wedding Day

I arrived to biblical rain and a worried Dani putting the finishing touches to the Tipi. But a quick check of my weather app assured us all it would pass and blue skies would follow. Dani got ready with her girls in a huge room at the adjoining golf club and Luke showered, sprayed Lynx (Africa I believe) and drank beers (Sol I believe) with all his boys in the golf members communal changing rooms and by the time the guest arrived the sun was beating down and the outdoor ceremony could go ahead.

The awesome weather remained all day and everybody drank. laughed, bounced, wanged and ate before dancing the night away with happy painted faces!!! A perfect summer Tipi wedding!!
