Lucy + Mike

Alternative Wedding Photography // London // St Pauls Cathedral //

Thanks to her lovely Mum’s OBE Lucy had the privilege of marrying her best friend at St Paul’s Cathedral. Although understandably such a privilege comes with a few photography “restrictions” we still managed to capture some of the scale and grandeur before Lucy headed down to the subterranean chapel whilst I was “guarded” and made to sit on my hands by a lovely but rather strict verger.

Once back at street level Lucy + Mike did some strollin’ and hand holdin’ along the short but busy route to Black Friars pier before a boat trip to Greenwich and a final stroll to the beautiful Queens House.

A grand and formal day….but as always in the company of an awesome, down to earth and informal couple….and to top it all London provided one of her truly spectacular  “Waterloo sunsets”

Thanks for having me L+M. Here are fifty-ish of my favourites
