Rachel + Richard // Mapledurham

It’s the age old question: “What will we do if it rains on the day?” As a photographer my answer is embrace it, get a bit wet, capture it and celebrate it and I will ALWAYS encourage my couples to do the same because when they do some kinda magic happens.

Rachel and Richard did just that. They embraced it and NEVER stopped smiling all day. They even trusted me when I suggested ditching the brolly for a few shots because as Rachel put it “the rain looks like fairy dust!!!!”

We started at Rachel’s parents brand new house. Walked to the church, paraded to the boat and cruised down the Thames to their beautiful big top tent!

Up yours weather! Weddings always win!
