A Little Slice Of Family Life // The Dickinsons

I usually dedicate the brief hiatus in the wedding season to pointing my cameras at a few families BUT this year, after such a high octane and mental 10 months of weddings I decided to just rest. recharge. take a little holiday….breathe.

I did however make one exception……

I shot Ben + Naomi’s wedding back in 2013 and they have been busy since. A house move, career changes, a beautiful new family in the form of the awesome Alexa and true life little Superman Jacob.

I got to meet them all, hang out for a few hours, eat some pies, drink some tea, swing, spin, catch up and jump in puddles.

What drives me to continue being a photographer is capturing stuff that “matters”

And nothing matters more than family!
