2015 // Weddings // Retrospective

Another crazy crazy year. From Peckham to Santorini. Chasing light. Chasing stories. Still pinching myself that this is my job. How something this exciting and exhilarating can actually pay the bills.

I wanted to dedicate this years round up solely to the people. The Brides, Grooms, Couples, Guests, Families, Photobombers and Kids who have done what they do best in front of my lens….be Themselves!

I have been lucky enough to shoot some AMAZING venues and beautiful details throughout the year BUT all of my favourites contain a face, a character, a heartbeat. And most importantly an ENERGY! An energy that I think photos solely of “stuff” or “places” always seem to lack.

Whether it be dad keeping busy/filling the dishwasher during bridal prep, the mum’s sharing a sneaky fag/giggle outside the church, dancing uncle Bobs, emotional aunty Maureens, misbehaving grans/kids/dogs/veils, passers by (passing by), onlookers (on looking), bridesmaids taking *another* selfie, ushers doing very little ushering, the high fives, the fist pumps, the little glances and stolen kisses. IT ALL MATTERS.

A huge huge thank you to every couple who invited me along and trusted me to capture their biggest day.
